THE INVESTMENT
Pioneer Realty Capital, LLC (the “Sponsor”) is pleased to offer investors the opportunity to invest $4,400,000 in Class C membership interests of Gates at PV APT I, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the “Company”). The Company will use the capital raised for the completion, and initial operation and maintenance, of that certain real property located at 625 Elm Street, Prairie View, Texas 77484 (the “Property”), and known as The Gates at Prairie View, and which consists of a 120 apartment unit multifamily community. Gates at PV APT I, LLC, a Texas limited liability company and affiliate of the Sponsor, will serve as the managing member of the Company. The Sponsor is contributing $4,978,000 of the total equity investment which is now estimated to value $24,900,000.
