Dallas, Texas, Feb 4, 2019 — Pioneer Realty Capital facilitated the closing of an $84,000,000 loan to acquire Houseman building which will be redeveloped to construct a dual brand Embassy/Home2 Suites Hotel. The first phase of this project was funded by a private investment fund.
